These 6 steps are rather more important for a MFI which is growing. The idea is to take necessary actions before it is too late for such actions, and what better a time than being a growing MFI.
Embedding these steps would help to develop employee centric culture in the organization in the longer run.
The 6 steps mentioned here are not exhaustive, they are rather the genesis of making a MFI more empathetic and sympathetic towards their employees. Implementation is simple as it requires cognizance and acknowledgement of the problem at hand and ensuring mitigating and actionable strategies at the policy level.
